I can't even get to class without seeing some kid on drugs getting pinned down by officers, police dogs sniffing through our bags, the amount of fights plus multiple a day, all the "gun" threats we've gotten, and worst of all the fire drills
Posted by a student on 3/24/2023i came here after going to Concordia high school. their curriculum was such a dumpster-fire approach. when i came to Burke i was able to make my schedule work to graduate on time and i was able to bring my grades up tremendously. i went from failing to b average student and better with time. teacher

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis administration at the school (front office) is poorly ran. This woman is not a natural born leader. She barks orders, instead of leads. The principal is a nightmare to work for as she is doesn't understand a community of teachers and grace when it comes to her employees. As far as how she handles students, I've seen 1st hand the unknowing, blatant, unaware racism she isn't aware she shows to specific students. This woman is data driven crazy woman who looks at students and staff as just numbers and never gets to really know her staff. Her educational experience has been exceptional, and she's benefited from becoming fluent in Spanish while building skills and knowledge in several cultures. St Roberts has adjusted to each one of them and they have all been able to be successful!
