Sardis Elementary School

Our daughter is a first grader at Hemby Bridge, and I have only the best things to say about this school. The teachers are superb, kind and communicative. The principal is incredible, she knows every child and sends voicemails and emails to parents each week. My daughter was reading chapter books on her own by the end of kindergarten last year and continues to progress in every element of her learning. My only critique is that the facilities are outdated, but that’s a small thing when it means my daughter loves school, feels supported and continues to learn and progress so much.

Enthusiastic and hard working teachers. The school is organized with a good sense of community. There is a language immersion program that is excellent.

This school is wonderful. My kids enjoyed their time here and did very well academically. There is always extracurricular activities that the school hosts. It is also situated near great neighborhoods like Annandale and Bonterra.
