My 8 year old daughter transferred here this past year for second grade and has had the best year so far! She has learned and loved the PAWS pledge they say each day which encourage respect, safety, hard work and responsibility. The community of Jefferson staff and students has been terrific and we love it there. There are several opportunities before and after school and also a great curriculum during the day which includes the normal reading, writing and math, but also social studies, science, music, orchestra, phy ed, media and several educational field trips.
Posted by a parent on 7/26/2017We have had no issues with Jefferson. The 2 teachers we've encountered have been AWESOME!! Despite the low test scores the school apparently has, my daughter has excelled tremendously! She is currently a 1st grader but at a 3rd-4th grade level in reading AND math!!
