Posted by a parent on 2/2/2024This school can allow a kid to say racial slurs and say its fine while when you retailtate (insult back and report) then you get a suspention for nothing.All it does is take money from the state gives it all to its teachers (9 times out of 10 those teachers are bad) and then crys and asks for money

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe love our experience at William Byrne. Our son is in 2nd grade and our daughter will begin Kindergarten in the fall. The teachers and staff are warm, supportive, and kind, and the families are wonderful.Before the pandemic, we hosted fantastic community events, including Taste of Byrne - a potluck where every family gets to bring a dish from their heritage or home. It was truly incredible to see so many dishes from around the globe. I'm grateful our kiddos have friends and classmates with such diverse stories, backgrounds, and cultures.There are a lot of great schools in the South Metro, but it's hard to beat a neighborhood school experience - our kids play with neighbors and classmates in the evenings and on the weekends, and kids run through the yards and neighborhood, which I love.The level of family and community involvement here is astounding, too. Parents are quick to volunteer for events, the PTO, etc. Our son is thriving and looks forward to school every day.
