Bemis Junior High School

The principal is to worried about everyone liking him. I have watched bullying happen with no consequences. I have asked personally for certain things to be done to prevent further bullying, was told yes (keeping my child from going to recess), only for him to keep his word for a week and them to go back to being bullied at recess. When asked about certain services, he has no idea what was going on. The teachers take weeks to reply to issues, concerns, they are more worried about posting on social media to gain “likes” DURING SCHOOL HOURS (if they even decide to reply)! If I was that principal I would be absolutely EMBARRASSED by majority of the teachers that “work” there!

This school is like goldilocks not too bad not too good, but the kids hate it

I like this school. My kids love to school.

This school has an issue with the bullying they don’t stop the bully or do any punishment they don’t care at all they have to take it serious when parents are talking to them and telling them my kids feelings are hurting and the children is coming home every day in a bad mode bc some other kid this is not acceptable take the responsibility and punish those kids or talk to them to stop do ur part as teacher

This experience at this school has been nothing but frustrating yr after yr. My kid has been bullied since kindergarten, 4yrs later it's still happening. I've told the principal and teachers but they refuse to contact the parents of the bullies. There have been other issues as well. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone.
