They got rid of one of the best teachers they had in a long time. My daughter enjoyed working with her special education teacher and I found out her boss was the reason. Huge mistake. Therefore, I pulled all my kids.

Unfriendly front office staff - especially for little kids. They should have the happiest and bubbliest of them all. Principal handles nothing appropriately - hard to communicate with. Too harsh of punishments for stupid things, especially at recess. No punishments or write-ups for serious things. Teachers are hit or miss. No cross guard at a major walkway. Terrible parking lot. Field trips are terrible for fourth graders - there really aren’t any.

St Michael is a supportive community that graduates young men and women with a high moral fiber and the ability to succeed post 8th grade. Continuously I hear from kids who leave the school that "high school is so easy" or teachers of those students that "I knew this was a St. Michael graduate". My child was recently accepted into a competitive magnet program and their grade school education here is the primary reason. Catholic identity is a core foundation and they partner with the homes to catechized our children. To live out the faith, the school actively participates in local charities.Like most private schools, they don't have the resources to support all types learning disabilities but they do support many, such as dyslexia.

I sent my Dsughter here 38 yrs ago and now both of her children go there .Well one does now anyway .My Grandson has ADHD and was just diagnosed this past summer .There is no extra help at this school !There is a special someone that works with him In school and she has helped him so much . The school does not have a child’s well being at heart.He is on Medication and is doing much better ! His grades have gone way up but he was “ accused “ of doing something that He did not do! He was suspended for two days .He is 7 yrs old and he is a Gem . My Daughter and son in law were just informed today that they no longer want him there ..One day before he was to go back to school after winter break! How do you kick out a 7 yr old from a Christian school ? He loves his school and his friends .He also loves Jesus ! Don’t bring your child here if they aren’t Perfect little humans

My children went to this school. They loved it and looked forward to going to school every day. They always wanted me to take them to school early so they could see their friends. If they needed help on their homework, they could always count on receiving help from their teachers. Their education at Peace taught them how to succeed in high school and college. The teachers always went above and beyond to help our children. It was a wonderful family atmosphere and experience. Everyone here was very helpful and kind. All the children in every grade got along great with each other. A child in second grade asked my child in 8th grade if he would like to come to his birthday party. He did, and they all had a great time. It was truly a wonderful experience for everyone in my family. My son received a four-year full scholarship to go to college because his grades were very good. I believe that achievement was attributed to the education he received here at Peace Lutheran Church and School. Thank you and God Bless everyone who works now or who has worked in the past at Peace. You are all very special people and therefore you make this a very special place. My children have grown into men that I am proud of. Now that they are grown adults, I am very happy that we are able to have our grandchildren attend Peace Lutheran School. God is good!
