To the School Administration,I am deeply disappointed by the unfair treatment I have experienced. Rather than ensuring fairness and transparency, the administration appears to protect one another and cover up each other’s actions instead of addressing legitimate concerns. It often feels as though everyone closes ranks to shield each other from accountability, regardless of the facts.I also believe I have not been treated with the same respect and fairness afforded to others. If bias or discrimination played any role in the decisions made against me, that is completely unacceptable and contrary to the principles of equality, professionalism, and integrity.No employee should have to work in an environment where favoritism, lack of accountability, and unequal treatment replace honesty and justice. I hope these issues are taken seriously and that meaningful steps are taken to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for everyone.

Our experience at Howard Elementary School has been nothing short of great for the past 6 years! All of the teachers and staff are wonderful, communicate very well, and are always accessible. My children always feel safe, heard, cared for, respected, supported and motivated. The academics and activities are top-notch and keep the students engaged. Howard emphasizes both academic excellence and social-emotional growth, providing a nurturing school culture that prioritizes core values. In this environment, kids not only thrive academically but also learn to make consistent, fulfilling choices. I also love how parent involvement is not only welcomed but encouraged! I feel incredibly blessed to know that my children are a part of such a great community!

The thing is, this place is great, but it's not like the #1 place. Place is connected to church, way better than my old one, but they're currently trying to make a play, and forcing me to sing a solo I don't want to do. Overall, not that bad.
