We just love Central. Our daughter should be going to Gates by where we live but is in the CAP program at Central. She gets on the bus here and is bussed to Gates and then shuttled to Central for her school day. My daughter isn't always the easiest to deal with as she gets bored easy and the staff

Times have certainly changed since the review in 2005. The 2 million dollar face lift included new windows which constantly leak, there is no a/c so students on the second floor roast with the sun of the summer and the heating system boils the kids out during the winter so much so that they open win

This is honestly one of the worst schools I ever had my daughter in. They are so neglectful. After speaking to the superintendent and principal nothing was done. My daughter has come home several times with marks on her. For instance, she came home with a 2-in scrape across the front of her neck and I was never called. Second time her dress had ripped from top to bottom revealing her underwear and her entire back and never received a phone call AGAIN. I'm 5 minutes away and a stay-at-home mom. I could have brought her up clothes brought her home or they could have gotten the clothes out of her backpack for a change! I end up filing a police report and filed a report with the state of Michigan board of education! I would not recommend sending your children here!!!
