I absolutely hated this place the way teachers were horrible they always yelled at me and they clearly didn't know how to handle children and there were so many safety violations

This school is a joke. Some teachers are great, while others bully their students. Students with an IEP are not having their needs met. The lack of communication between staff and parents is something that could be worked on. They are always short staffed and always having busing issues (my child was late to school every single day last year as well as getting home). It was never communicated from transportation or the school that they were late, everyday! I just watched my students grades drop over the year and their self esteem because they'd get picked on for being tardy by 15 minutes *almost every morning! There are very few teachers at this school that are the exception. This school has had 3 principals in 4 years, if that says anything. It all went downhill after they made the decision to get rid of the principal Mrs Pritchard after a transportation issue that was more so the superintendents fault than anything. Staff will lie about your students IEP needs being met when they're not providing the services they're required to by law. We withdrew last year. So happy we made that decision and wished we would've sooner.

This experience at this school has been nothing but frustrating yr after yr. My kid has been bullied since kindergarten, 4yrs later it's still happening. I've told the principal and teachers but they refuse to contact the parents of the bullies. There have been other issues as well. I would NEVER recommend this school to anyone.

This is the worst school to send your child to. They are racist towards kids who are colored, they do not support kids are being bullied, they point fingers and blame kids for unnecessary things to make them feel low. This is not a nurturing place to bring you child to.

I entered parkway a few years ago hoping that somehow this school would improve my faith and allow me to enhance my socialization skills with other students. The complete opposite happened. After the first year, (I’m being so for real) my mental health was under attack as teachers praised student’s perversion and immature behavior, having no discipline for bad behavior other than yelling at students. My writing skills absolutely suck now, as rowdy behavior during presentations and the bizarre assignments which are given. Not to mention your eyes get damaged from staring at an iPad for almost 6 hours a day. Parents… PLEASE! I’m begging you, if you love your children, do not send them to this school. The only students who have a good experience are the ones whose parents and family have been involved for decades, and are able to get away with unacceptable behavior backed by the Methodist church. Please, students who are reading this, do not attend this school if you care about your mental health. Even Chip is more acceptable than this “Christian” school.
