Wonderful staff! The office ladies and the principal are welcoming and caring, the teachers are amazing!

The issues are non stop. The principal is way out of line, unprofessional , even antagonistic. The staff follow suit. If you get on the principal's bad side, that's it. Higgins Elementary is the BEST school. We just moved this year and it is wonderful. We love everything about this school.
