Cannon Road Elementary School

I would have given this school a 5-star rating if it weren’t for the behavior of the principal. Unfortunately, her attitude and lack of respect towards parents—particularly those who don't share her background—were disappointing. While I will refrain from making any assumptions, I do feel it's important for her to remember that as a principal of an elementary school, she is in a customer service role and should treat all parents with respect. A more approachable and understanding demeanor would go a long way in improving the overall experience at this school.

I loved this school, the teachers and all the people in this facilities are very welcome.

I am very happy that my 2nd grader is pleased with this school and has made many great friendships, since we enrolled in Pre K. I feel like the social connections and atmosphere is safe for children and I don't have to worry about my child getting exposed to concerning things at this young age. The academics are challenging which is a good thing. There are many opportunities for parental involvement and it's encouraged which I appreciate! I recommend this school, you won't be disappointed. Oh like others have said, you always see the principal around which goes a long way. He's approachable and pleasant, as is the staff!

We have two kids going to Forcey and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. The teachers we have interacted with were passionate about their job and excellent role models to their students. Our daughter was able to form friendships easily in the school's nurturing environment that often feels like one big happy family. Overall, the school has provided an excellent environment for our daughter's spiritual, physical, personal and intellectual growth.
