You should be ashamed of yourself talking to students and parents in such a disrespectful manner. There needs to be a position shift because obviously you have been there for far to long.

There is at least one teacher a year that gets picked on by the Principal and her followers. Some teachers are specifically given a job of spying on the teachers and

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son is autistic and just had his 1st year here. He is going into 1st grade. He did PK3 & PK4 at 2 other schools before this. In PK3 he was in a special ed class. In PK4 he was in an inclusive classroom, but it wasn't well resourced. Now that he's at Lamont, he has teachers who love him, resources from the school, parents who show up for events & support when things need to get done. He has an IEP and at his meeting there were so many staff there for support, it felt like they actually cared about our child, which isn't what we've experienced st the other schools.
