Read what parents are saying about Pine Grove Middle SchoolMy son just started attending this school. He's in 6th grade and has never had an issue with anyone in this school. He's always gone to very high rated schools until we moved into this area. The teachers in this school have been there a long time and are just wonderful, especially Mrs. Adams. The Vice Principal, Mrs. DePasquale is very attentive to all of her students!
Posted by a parent on 3/10/2024My child just starting going to this school. He’s in 6th grade. He has never seen any violence, fights in the hallways or sexual acts. I’m not sure where that is coming from. The teachers are amazing especially Mrs. Adams the gym teacher. She goes above & beyond to make sure every student is safe & feels comfortable. He is not about drama and gets excellent grades.
Posted by a parent on 10/12/2023I do not like this school because there is constant violence, lewd activity and constant threats that goes on in this school. Fights are very prominent at this school and one of the teachers had put their hands on an child. The amount of dissatisfaction i feel for this school is ridiculous and staggering.
Posted by a parent on 7/26/2023My son attended this school in 6th grade. Our experience was drastically painful. Significant BULLYING and UNsAfe environment . Visit your child and u will see a school and hallways full of violence and sexual behaviors that are shocking. If your child is in an IEP or has special needs- DO NOT ATTEND.Ms Farmer is not an effect leader nor does she have the students best interest at heart. Find a better school!
Posted by a parent on 1/23/2022Under the new leadership, PGMS is transforming the school environment into a much more positive one than in recent years. Overall, the staff is fantastic and care about the students.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy kids have been at this school for 3 years now and I've never had a problem. The teacher make sure they keep in touch if something happens or if they have concerns. They used to go to school at a Howard county school and we always had problems with them. We love it here.Parent Review1y ago - Carney Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI honestly used to love the school, we had been here for 3 years at least. Unfourtunately our taste soured when another student physically harmed my student and the school did 0, the board did 0 and basically we protect children with behaviors and anger issues who hurt other students. With no reprecussions.. kids with behaviors basically get away with tons. Teachers hands are tied and if you ask for help/ change its not going to happen. This year 3 seperate times my childs glasses have been messed with by others in her class, broken ive repaired twice the last time was unrepairable.. i had to pay 300 for a new pair 0 consequences for other child.. and refused to help me contact childs parent to resolve issues. Its just an overall mess. If you want your child to hate school, be miserable and be influenced by others then yup.. this is for you.Parent Review2mo ago - Harford Hills Elementary School

Never got proper equipment to care for child. Virtual school was a joke unprofessional and not presented well at all!Parent Review2y ago - Pine Grove Elementary School

The teachers have been supportive, enthusiastic, caring and most importantly accommodating to each child as an individual. We just love this school!Parent Review1y ago - St Ursula School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageStudent at this school, this place is the worst, I’m constantly at the verge of a mental breakdown at this school, I am not going to give anymore details for legal reasons, but if you value your child’s life, don’t pay to send them here. I am the ONLY autistic child in this school and they staff do not help me at all and only really make my issues worse.Student Review2mo ago - St. Joseph School - Fullerton
