Most of the teachers were horrible to everyone. They were rude and belittling. One of them, made the girls bend over infront of the boys in my eight grade year.St

At St. Mark’s, each child’s individual needs are met. St. Mark’s sets a solid foundation for your child. It truly all begins at St. Mark’s! The children are loved and cared for by their tea
Posted by a parent on 7/5/2023Consider any other private school in town. Avoid the middle school at all cost. Students are berated, shamed, and bullied on a daily basis by teachers and the head of school. Note that any previous positive reviews are from very long ago.

I had my kids enrolled for first grade and had to remove them after 5 weeks. One of the teachers treated my son so badly he stopped speaking, two years of speech therapy down the drain, it was so bad he wouldn't even ask to use the facilities and came home wet and soiled with no explanation form the people handing him off to me whatsoever. When I confronted to school board and asked to have them moved to the school they would be in for middle school anyway (it did both elementary and middle) they told me to just keep sending him and they'd "figure it out". No thank you. He was so scared to go there that he was screaming and fighting me to get dressed. He clearly wasn't safe there and I wasn't sending him back. I later learned after having washed my hands of the whole school parish that she hit him. No ma'am. Caddo is a joke. I regret not keeping them in Bossier so badly. There is wonderful parent involvement and we are able to have dances, seasonal functions and field trips. My children have loved it here and it has established a love for learning at a young age.
