From the beginning, we have had problems. The attitudes are entitled instead of helpful. I received no handbook or map like most schools give. There are no hours on the website and when I ask, I’m given approximate times for the start and dismissal. Which is even more odd.

My child isn't even in this teachers class and the teacher STILL finds a way to verbally degrade and physically touch my child. "We have no proof and the teacher denies these claims", is the best you will get.
