We have loving teachers and a passionate principal Mr.thrash who is beyond amazing. Bossier is hidden gem in bossier city you go to these other schools but none can compare to bearkat pride.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school was the worst experience that could have ever happened to my family. I had my kids enrolled for first grade and had to remove them after 5 weeks. One of the teachers treated my son so badly he stopped speaking, two years of speech therapy down the drain, it was so bad he wouldn't even ask to use the facilities and came home wet and soiled with no explanation form the people handing him off to me whatsoever. When I confronted to school board and asked to have them moved to the school they would be in for middle school anyway (it did both elementary and middle) they told me to just keep sending him and they'd "figure it out". No thank you. He was so scared to go there that he was screaming and fighting me to get dressed. He clearly wasn't safe there and I wasn't sending him back. I later learned after having washed my hands of the whole school parish that she hit him. No ma'am. Caddo is a joke. I regret not keeping them in Bossier so badly. 6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur 1st and not ever again school year was unpleasant due to one bad apple. Kelli Wood the front office staff member was unpleasant and rude every time I would entered into the school from start to finish during that school year. She may need to be trained better and differently on how to speak to the adults bringing their children there. The teacher and paraprofessional, speech therapist was great in my child's learning experience. It's just the one bad apple that made others pull their children out of the school because she was disrespectful to the parents.
