Athens-Chilesburg Elementary School

This school is amazing. There is always new ways for your child to blossom. You are always welcomed as a parent to be involved.

The administration and PTA are not welcoming or inclusive of all families. If you are an "insider" you and your child will do very well here. If you're an "outsider" you should keep your head down and your mouth shut.

This school is absolutely amazing! My daughter is graduting from the fifth grade this year and we will truly miss the staff. The neighborhood envolvement is outstanding and the quality of students is very high. Great School!

Our 2 youngest children have been privileged to have attended ACE. We became part of the ACE family the second year it was opened and have been very satisfied with our experience!! Sadly our middle child completes his time at the school this year. The teachers and administration truly care about the well-being of the children and are dedicated to providing the best education possible! A large part of the school's success is also due to the incredible parental and community involvement. We highly recommend this school to those people in the Lexington area!! On a side note, the middle school and high school are also some of the best in the school system.

We have been incredibly impressed with every aspect of this school. From the teachers, to the administrators, to the support staff, the curriculum, the facilities- everything has been great. The fact that it's in a nice, quiet neighborhood is an added bonus.
