Westfield Intermediate School

We love this school! They have created an environment that fosters a love of learning. The school is student focused. The staff, the teachers, the activities, even the walls are kid friendly! The academics here are also strong. My child has learned so much and I feel so confident in her future with the foundation Shamrock Springs Elementary has laid at her feet.

Absolutely horrible program for special needs students. Some teachers are good and trying hard to succeed but many are just awful, unexperienced, incompetent, and don’t care about special needs students. The principal is supportive of exclusions, isolations, segregations of special needs students and just wants to hide them away from the rest of the school. If you have a special needs child, I would not recommend this school.

This school told my child that they would call the babysitter (child services) cause there mommy and daddy were not good parents... who tells a 6 year old that??? I work nights and sometimes I don't always make it back to my house to get my daughter to the bus or ever class on time they were never more then ten minutes late but still because I am trying to support my family and work 16 hour shifts I am a bad parent

We have been welcomed and embraced. The staff is excellent. The school is kept very clean. The art and music program is amazing. I am thoroughly impressed with everything at Washington Woods.

Multiple documented bullying this year 2019 and nothing done and in fact when going to school superintendent Sherri Grate she suddenly denied claims when they had been documented and witnessed earlier in the year. Attempted choking and kicking and harassment not addressed at all

My children have been bullied all year. It got so bad we had to get prof help for him. Nothing ever got done. Education is good.
