This was my elementary school and the school my daughter goes to currently and I’ve never known a better group of people dedicated to the learning, safety, and overall happiness and positive morale of its students! Maybe it’s not the best elementary school in the state but it is definitely the best

His teachers were wonderful especially since he has behavioral issues. They constantly communicated with me and updated me with his day and progress. They have a great resource officer who helped us

He yelled at me for something that was done by a peer. The principal completely ignores reviews. Doesn’t care about health, and much more. 1/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageDamar Charter Academy is an excellent school for children with special needs. My son has autism and his teacher really understands him. All the staff seem really nice. Before my son started attending Damar Charter Academy I used to get calls and e-mails from is previous school all the time because of his behavior problems. This year since he started Damar Charter Academy everyday when I pick him up I ask his teacher If he has been good, and she tells he has been really good and getting all his work done .
