Avoid this school if possible. I’ve had one struggling learner and one non-struggling learner attend this school. Both had terrible experiences. My daughter with an IEP was not provided services and I was lied to about it. She received zero support from her teachers after several attempts on my side

Summit isn't a bad school, but there simply aren't the same opportunities as there are at some of the better schools in Bloomington, especially in math and science. My kids easily got straight As at Summit b

They offer a ton of extracurriculars like robotics club, drama club, gardening club, and even have a nature preserve on school grounds! NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended LCA for 12 years and would not recommend a person go there with a clear conscious. The school provides a toxic environment where students do not get along, and corrupt faculty that will turn on each other. Not all teachers were bad but some definitely did not show God’s love. I remember many times coming beat and depressed from that school instead of accepted and loved. LCA also did not prepare me for college, as they do not offer many duel credit classes.
