The only time one of my children was bullied was by another African student. The teachers and administration have always been very welcoming to our cultural differences
Posted by a parent on 11/5/2013There is a lot of favoritism at this school. If you have money, and a straight a student, you have no problem fitting in. If you have learning difficulties and are low income, no one bends over backwards to help. The principal is awful! This school is entirely overrated.

The elementary school also has a number of wonderful social events such as camping, pancake breakfasts, steam nights that allow the kids to socialize and learn. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI appreciate the time my child has spent in this school. The teachers and staff have been wonderful and available for consultation from me as a parent. They seem to genuinely care about the kids. The principal is active and well known. I have seen him many times interacting with the teachers and children and not only back in an office. There are plenty of (pre-covid) activities that are well planned to bring the community together. I feel my family is respected and my child is getting a great education.
