The school has implemented after school programs, a music program, and involves parents to support during school on "Superhero Parent Days." Diekman supports evening events for families as well. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA Zero!!!! Terrible!! My Child was a Very Quiet, Sweet kid No behavior Problems. The Kindergarten Teacher even said he was Quiet but knew his Work. My Child said "Momma I didn't Learn nothing at that Stupid School." That's really Sad coming from a Six year old. I wouldn't recommend No Parent that Loves their Child, and Care about their Education, and Safety to send their Child to this School. It's plenty other Wonderful Nearby Private Schools that are better. I felt this Review was well needed; because I see there are No up-to-date Reviews on here. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWith a older son that is on the spectrum and a younger one that super high energy and not on the spectrum, the broadness of the support we receive from our Calvin school is beyond measure. You're not a number, teachers know you and help you soo well. The taxes is high in our village and state but leaving Calvin in NOT an option. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageNo good!!! Children are not learning at their grade level. Teachers are not teaching; too busy spanking kids. The kids are allowed to play inappropriate games on computers all day. Most of the staff members are related and no one is being held accountable for providing quality education. Principle is always making negative statements about black people in front of the students even though 100% of the staff and students are black; teaching kids to hate themselves.
