Wells Preparatory Elementary Academy

This school is okay. They need more parent engagement and activities. They used to do a lot of cool math and reading nights. They need a parent survey to see what we would like to see in our neighborhood school. If we don't do this, we are going to lose another good school and the last great teachers we have.There needs to be more student voice so we can say what we would like to see in OUR school. Who we want to see teaching our classes and what we would like to learn. Certain teachers can make a difference. We just want some things to change. Bring back our old teachers!!!

I STILL GO HERE BUT THIS SCHOOL IS TERRIBLE!!! You wanna know why? So these kids made my now teacher cry she’s still here but barely talkative! Also! ONE TIME THERE WAS A FIGHT AND THAT KID BROKE ANOTHER KIDS NOSE AND BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE DO NOT GO HERE I AM WARNING UNLESS YOU WANNA JOIN THOSE TRYHARD POPULAR GIRLS WHO THINK THEY ARE ALL THAT AND THE RUDE BOYS

Holy Angels is a very special school. Kind of a best kept secret because I didn't even know the school was still open until my friend told me. My daughter is a transfer student from Indiana and she did not want to leave her school, but I was looking for employment and had to move. I was in luck because I moved to the Bronzeville neighborhood and Holy Angels is within walking distance. The school staff is friendly and she loves her teacher and has made some new class friends. I ask her often if she likes it at Holy Angels and she says she does, so I'm glad I made the choice to send her to this school. The only downside is I wish they had more activities for the kids to do but other than that I'm happy.

This school is not so Holy anymore.....
