I love this school and all the teachers. They go above and beyond for the students. So glad my boys all went to Franklin!!
Posted by a parent on 6/22/2023The actual teachers are amazing. Other staff are not so great, most aids don’t do their job. The schools not in a good area. There’s issues with hygiene, safety, and privacy at this school.
Posted by a parent on 12/12/2022Mrs. Harter is the BEST principal. I have never had a problem with anyone in the school. They are supportive and assist with any and all needs. I have been blessed with the support of this great team and recommend this school to everyone.
Posted by a parent on 8/17/2022Fantastic school even though it's in sort of an iffy area. I've had two children attend there. One was in the Autism program which is absolutely hands down, phenomenal! The other was in the preschool program for two years. The principal is very friendly and involved, as well as the rest of the staff

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI appreciate the time my child has spent in this school. The teachers and staff have been wonderful and available for consultation from me as a parent. They seem to genuinely care about the kids. The principal is active and well known. I have seen him many times interacting with the teachers and children and not only back in an office. There are plenty of (pre-covid) activities that are well planned to bring the community together. I feel my family is respected and my child is getting a great education. However, if your child is average or below average and needs extra help, you will likely face many problems and have a very difficult experience here. The principal is the worst we’ve had since my kids started attending, and now she’s being promoted to superintendent. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our 2nd year at GFA. Our daughter went to a nature school previously and was homeschooled before that so I was nervous about her going into a traditional learning environment. She loves GFA. She loves her teacher and she gets to do STEAM class with upper school kids which she loves. She likes music class. I love the morning convocation the school does. The kids get recognized for their accomplishments and parents can join. The only negative is they are a small school so a bit limited on special education services. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe feel very lucky to be a part of Zion School. They make you feel like family. I feel good about sending my kids to school every day. I know they are truly cared for and even loved by the teachers. They know my kids by name, and they pay close attention to the kid's needs. It is a fun place for my kids to learn and I love the faith that they bring into my children's lives. I could not be happier and recommend 100%!
