Read what parents are saying about Lambert High SchoolThe teachers and faculty really prepare their students for college and in life. There is a competitive culture both academically and athletically that really pushes students in ways that parents can't teach. It's a new school, so it's not really on the map for a lot of the competitive colleges even though the rigorous classes and involvement in extracurriculars are different from most public schools.
Posted by a community member on 4/13/2019I have never seen or heard of a school like Lambert. The kids are 100% focused on money and what their parents earn. The best part is that they are just middle class folks that happen to have more than state average income. They would be poor in other parts of the country, but the entitled kids have no idea that the parents are going in debt to try and look rich. Also, drugs are a huge issue here. The “rich” kids use drugs and drink every weekend. Also, the cheerleaders are bullies and treat others horribly. I regret moving in this school district and plan on moving to another area of the county.
Posted by a parent on 11/10/2017I went to Lambert for high school and it was amazing. Every class I took was advanced or AP, so I can only attest to those teachers. I enjoyed every single class I took at LHS. I feel like my teachers really pushed me to do and be the best I could. I was academically challenged but also challenged in my character as a person and my abilities to be an effective leader. LHS made me extremely prepared for college. I quickly learned after about a month or so into college that I was really one of the few people fully ready for college and how challenging it can be and I credit that to the AP programs at LHS and the teachers that teach those courses. The principal is the absolute best and is very approachable, so if you have any issues you can always go to him. Also, LHS is doing everything they can to improve. They have had feedback sessions with Alumni to see how they can better prepare students for their post high school life and are constantly updating how they run things. You truly won't get a better high school in Forsyth County. There are a lot of opportunities to succeed here in all aspects (academics, sports, clubs, etc) and all of their programs are quality, from their healthcare pathway to Deca to their theater program. I truly loved Lambert and highly recommend this school to anyone.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son just graduated from Sharon elementary and I have nothing but great things to say about the school. Academics are top notch. Just look at the test scores. We loved his teachers. They are warm, organized, thoughtful, fun. My son's least favorite class is ELA, but he said to me all year "At least my teacher makes it really fun!". That says a lot right there coming straight from the mouth of a student.Parent Review8mo ago - Johns Creek Elementary School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son enrolled in Pinecrest during the 7th grade, and our experience has exceeded our expectations. The academic curriculum is both rigorous and comprehensive. However, what truly sets this school apart is the diverse range of extracurricular opportunities it offers. The band program has opened doors to numerous experiences, the tennis program is exceptional and every member of the administration and staff not only recognizes my son, but also demonstrates a genuine and outwardly caring attitude towards him. Pinecrest also does an amazing job of fostering a solid sense of community among the students and families.Parent Review5mo ago - Montessori Academy at Sharon Springs

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIf I could give this school less than one star, I would. The staff attrition has been ridiculous this year, the administration is incapable of smoothly running the school and the teachers are not qualified. I removed my daughter early to spend these last two weeks of school at home because we could not take anymore. Do not be fooled by the website, as what's listed there is NOT what they offer. The teachers can't spell or use basic grammar correctly and should NOT be instructing students (my daughter's teacher even misspelled her name on her graduation certificate and in the graduation program after being in her class for TWO YEARS and after addressing the spelling multiple times). Disparaging comments were made by her teacher to me and around my daughter about autistic students in her class. The school is run by a company called Endeavor that is based out of Florida and is money grab. I reached out to them with my concerns and was given the runaround. Several other parents at the school have banded together and will not be returning. We all reached out about concerns with no changes being made by the administration. My daughter was bullied NUMEROUS times-even physically assaulted- and it took extreme action on my part to get the bully removed from the school. Bathrooms that don't fully function for most of the year, only having hot running water and no cold water in some area...the list of issues with the school and staff goes on and on.Parent Review11mo ago
