Roosevelt Middle School

My daughter has been attending this school since Pre-K III. She has excelled so much since being there. She has had the same teacher for all of Pre- K 3-4 and K. I highly recommend this school. My son starts next school year and I am beyond excited.

Teachers are very effective but the community and the school's community need revamping. Teachers are overwhelmed, there is just not enough help and funding to make better changes. This all have to do with the head of the school. Students are very disrespectful, no decent upbringing and its all out of wack! However, the educators there just do not get any credit for all the hard work put in the make the school not be an F school.

We transferred here from the northeast. Mrs. Hunter was so helpful through all the paperwork and out of state changes. My son loves it! He says it’s so much cleaner and brighter than his old school. Thank you!

The arts aspect is great. The students don't understand how privileged they are to be gain so much exposure. Some of the teachers are very passionate. Others,you can tell who's basically checked out. There is a low morale for a school that's supposed to be in the Ron Clark Academy house system. Admin is non the micromanage type. That's refreshing.

My child attended this school for her 5th grade year for the School year 21/22. She absolutely loved it. The teachers and staff helped facilitate and nurture her growth. They helped get her ready for auditioning at Bak Middle School of the Arts. I can't say enough great things about this school.
