Jeaga Middle School

When I walked I to the front office I wanted to transfer my son to this school. He was currently attending a school near by. The lady in the office was extremely disrespectful claiming "this school is not to your address", and denied me even though I lived 5 minutes away.

I would never encourage anybody to send their child to this school.My child in second grade had a knife pulled on her.They didn't call the parents, just had her fill out a police report.Her fourth grade year , a student had a gun on the bus , he punched the police officer the police officer fell on my daughter.They didn't call me.They just sent my daughter home on the bus.And now they are discriminating against my daughter that there's rumors that my daughter like girls so now they send my daughter into the bathroom all by herself and block off the door so no other people can get in with her.

I worked as a teacher at the school. The school is operating under poor leadership. There are quite a few teachers there who don’t actually teach or use lesson plans. If you enjoy gossiping, gaslighting, unprofessionalism and being disrespected, then that is the place for you.If your children are students there they’re probably not learning much or being taught properly, depending on who their teacher is. The school is a Title 1 school with no intention of changing due to the conduct of the principal and new AP. I highly suggest parents start asking questions, paying attention to what their child(ren) is/isn’t learning. There are better options for your child(ren). Bullying is also an issue there as bullies/classroom disrupters do not face consequences.

C grade school and current management is not good.

I not recommend school lack of emtional support, a student has good grade and attendanceas aswell, respectful to teacher and administrators. Her desire was to be safety patrol she wants to be good rolemodle to other students but student wasn't cualified due to the disagreement of the principle she act unprofessional to the student who was crying but the administration was crying as well that everything its okay and knows the true colors of the student. I told student the most important is passing your grades and not worried about the safety patrol belt that student will always be successful in the future.

I’m very disappointed with our experience. I would not recommend this school, especially if you are not part of a wealthy background. It often feels like they prioritize money above everything else.There are constant additional fees and payments required, and it becomes overwhelming. The school also puts a lot of pressure on young children with excessive testing just to move on to elementary levels.What concerns me most is how they handle students who may need extra support. Instead of working with the child in the classroom, parents are pushed toward paying for outside services like OT. If you don’t agree, it feels like your child may be labeled unfairly or treated differently.It’s sad to say, but the environment does not feel inclusive or supportive. The focus seems to be more on financial gain than on the well-being and development of the children.
