Read what parents are saying about William Frangus Elementary SchoolWould not recommend this school, too many safety concerns the children are not properly monitored and the school has dropped the ball several times with incidences with my children, sad to say it's only the second full week of school and I had to emergently transfer my children. The principle talks a good game, but she is very displeasing to deal with among several other staff members. unfortunately, due to zoning restrictions many children will have to attend this school that severely needs reform and restructure.

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children who have attended this school for the past two years. What makes this school so great is the diversity and integrity of the students and community that are involved as well as the passion and perseverance of the staff and administration. Principal Cicely Marks has done an excellent job!Parent Review1y ago - Metrowest Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSome staff members are disrespectful. As a parent, I let all the staff members critique my child in a meeting, I made sure all staff members had chance to talk. When it was my turn to talk, I kept getting cutt off by staff members and assistant principal. Sorry, I will not tolerate that from a child to an adult. My favorite quote from the assistant principal, and I paraphrase, "This is a public school". I would not want him working for my company and excuses. His is 100% right, hopefully, I can find a private school with better staff members. Someone should have a sit down talk with him about his choice of words.Parent Review2y ago - West Oaks Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageTried to pick my child up early and was told no and to wait 5 mins until the regular dismissal time. They dismiss the children at separate times. The experience was frustrating because I needed to get my child right then and there. I didn't have time to wait. Ended up being late to my engagementParent Review11mo ago - Central Florida Preparatory School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWorst experience & was locked in a contract. No face-to-face with teachers allowed, no phones either-must email only and wait for a possible reply. My child hated going. A couple of teachers were great, but they don't stay. Had teachers that don't care about the kids (one refused to even speak to my child the entire year). Example: My kid always had A's on all exams but made a 68 once & the teacher didn't even bother to find out "why?" My child was threatened personally by one of the administrators. They refused to work with my child's disability but instead repeatedly penalized without consideration. Safety was fine except for punishments they inflicted (mostly via grading). There also isn't any medically experienced personnel on site. The school strongly discourages family engagement. Good luck ever getting past their front counter or speaking to a teacher. If you are a parent that likes to be involved, likes to establish rapport with teachers/faculty, or would like your child to feel supported by school personnel - look elsewhere. You will not find any of those things here. They seem to be all about $$$ Do not believe their website. I almost sued for breach of contract based on what is presented. (The only positive reviews I found were actually left by their own faculty.)Parent Review8mo ago - Premier Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is the only private preschool in Windermere that focuses on the development of the whole child. I toured everywhere. Amazing outdoor facilities and the staff is excellent.Parent Review4y ago - Central Florida Christian Academy

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience with the school is amazing I had another Christian school experiences and public schools experiences. The christian environment is the best, it's not perfect but it's for sure a place to experience spiritual formation. I hope my daughters can be there until graduation.Other Review10mo ago - New Generations Academy
