Nothing was safe . Teachers talk badly about other teachers & the kids feel it . They don’t learn and it’s unhealthy and toxic.

Thanks to the principal for listening to my request about what was best for my children learning education. Looking foward for a much better coming year. Thank

She has only been in this school for about a month now and has been teased and bullied since she started. My son, who is autistic, went on a field trip today, and from all the kids that were there, he was the only one that felt from a merry-go-round and fell face-first to the ground. These people don't know how to treat kids. There were 5 chaperones and 4 teachers for 30 kids. Really!? We're Latinos, and they hate that. They don't know how to treat autistic kids. I went to the school, and I asked to speak with the principal. They were in a meeting. A few minutes later, the assistant principal came and said she had talked to the teacher, who told her it was an accident. Of course! How convenient. My son, who doesn't talk, can't tell what really happened. SO WHO WAS PUSHING THAT MERRY-GO-ROUND SO HARD THAT MY SON GOT SCARED AND DECIDED TO JUMP? It has to be an adult. A first grader can't. It MUST be an adult. My son doesn't like to play with other kids. They are constantly forced to do so. When I told the assistant principal that, she said that the person who forced a child to go to a merry-go-round. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagenever met the elementary school teachers. but the middle school teachers are awesome. i deal with trust issues and paranoia especially with new people. but because of things that happened at school, i found myself trusting and even liking my new teachers. not all of them are perfect, but it's so much better than anything i got in public school. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter has attended Genesis since Kindergarten and is currently in the 4th grade. Her academic success has far exceeded my expectations. The smaller classes allow the students to receive specialized attention to succeed. The teachers and staff are wonderful and always available for both parents and students. It's a family at Genesis. Choosing Genesis for my daughter was one of the best decisions I ever made. I know she will be well prepared to succeed in Middle School as a confident and well educated student.
