My daughter has been attending Sunset Lakes Elementary for 3 years and her experience has been amazing. The teachers and staff are loving and kind. It’s shows how much they care about each student as they they greet them by their name when they see them each morning and in the hallways. This school
Posted by a parent on 8/6/2025Sunset Lakes Elementary provides high quality instruction to the students. The administrations, teachers, and staff are always friendly, approachable, and care about our children. The PTSA hosts fun events for the students to enjoy. We love Sunset Lakes!

I was immediately welcomed with open arms and was surrounded by a loving environment. All the teachers there truly care about their students. I flourished greatly and loved every minute!

Our experience with the CTE program was stressful and felt more like a nightmare than a special education support system. In contrast, the team at PRE has been absolutely wonderful. They are collaborative, communicative, and genuinely dedicated to each child’s growth.You can feel how much they care and how hard they work to create an environment where kids can thrive. 9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is my second year with 2 students at this school. It’s just okay. Very bare bones on academics and activities, plus a lot of kids that are under grade level that hold the rest of the kids back in the classroom. I do think they are doing their best, but it’s just not a great school if you have a high academic achiever or would like a decent chance for your child to really excel. I also do not find the administration to be friendly or helpful; the few times I’ve had to interact with the VP and Principal have been overall negative experiences.
