I do not feel as safe in this school neither do my classmates, friends, or students in overall. Mental health is even more worse.

Our experience at Cutler Ridge Christian Academy was very disappointing. During enrollment, we were transparent about our child’s behavioral challenges and the support already in place. At home, we maintain a very structured environment with clear expectations and consistent discipline, so this was not due to a lack of involvement or structure on our part.Despite this, the decision to expel our child came at the end of the semester. Our biggest concern is the lack of early and clear communication. If we had been informed at the beginning of the semester or even within the first month, we would have worked immediately with the school to address any concerns and take corrective steps. Instead, we felt the situation was not communicated to us in a timely manner, and we were left with very little time to respond or make alternative arrangements.Because of this delay, the impact on our child was significant. While attending, we noticed a decline in confidence and increased anxiety. As parents, this was very difficult to experience, especially while also feeling that concerns like bullying were not adequately addressed and that we were not fully supported or heard throughout the process.Communication with the administrative and financial office was also extremely frustrating. It often took repeated phone calls and emails over weeks or even months to receive basic documents such as receipts, reports, and permissions. This lack of responsiveness added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation.Academically, we did not see the progress we had expected. In previous schools, we observed consistent learning and growth, while here we did not see the same level of advancement.We understand that schools have rules and expectations, but we expected more communication, compassion, and collaboration, especially given our transparency during enrollment. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this school to other families.
