WELL I MOVED TO FLORIDA IN 2014 AND THIS HAS BEEN THE ONLY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL MY NOW HIGH & MIDDLE SCHOOLERS ATTENDED I COULDNT BE HAPPIER THE STAFF SINCERELY CARES AT THE STUDENTS I FEEL LIKE FAMILY WITH MOST STAFF & TEACHERS THEY REALLY LOVE THE CHILDREN AND COMMUNITY IM ABSOLUTELY VERY PLEASED ON HOW WELL THEY COMMUNICATE WITH ME & MY HUSBAND THEY ALWAYS ARE INFORMATIVE ON WHAT MY KIDS NEEDS WHERE/ARE I MUST SAY FROM THE FRONT OFFICE TO THE CLASSROOM I GIVE THEM A+ IN MY BOOK I LOVE THE SMALLER ENVIRONMENT SETTING FOR MY CHILDREN AND THEY ARE THRIVING

As a first year teacher I have had a great experience with the leadership, staff, and students.

They put the rudest most incompetent teachers and staff in the front office and at car pool, but luckily the actual teachers are good. My son’s kindergarten teach is phenomenal. They really need to figure out their carpool situation. I see them dragging kids and keeping them sitting out in the hot sun constantly, and the staff in charge are constantly yelling at the parents when all they are doing it trying to get their children. My child was told he couldn’t fill up his water bottle for over 2 hours on the first day of school while waiting in car line, and I arrived over an hour and a half before school let out. So almost 4 hours to get my child. They need to figure out a solution.

My two children have been going to RLCA for 5 years. This school is awesome. The teachers and staff are dedicated to our children. God bless RLCA.

I was a student here from i think 1st to 3rd grade. Its a great school. It really boosted me going into 5th and 6th grade. But my problem is that i dont believe they know how to handle adhd children. I would be punished or isolated for being distracted. Their teaching methods would be perfect for a normal kid though.
