A runny nose is a bigger concern to the school than educating your child. If your child has the sniffles, a runny nose, or "red watery eyes" during allergy season, be prepared to leave work early in order to pick them up. And while you're on your way to get them, the staff will tell your child that you're a bad person/parent and endangered everyone by sending them to school with mild allergy symptoms. When we first moved into the area the school was 9/10. Now it's a 5/10. A few more years and it will be a 1 or a 2. Either stay away or get your kids allergy shots so they can stay at school and actually learn some things.

The school is not very involved with the children, my daughter was beaten twice and the principal and assistant principal did not take any kind of steps to punish the abusive child, the school shows no interest in resolving this type of situation! very bad experience my kids had at school in 2019 and 2020.

I found this school to be extremely unorganized and the staff is very rude. I made 3 trips there to register my children and all 3 times they claimed to need more paperwork, that was not mentioned at any of the previous visits or when i called over the phone to ask what I needed to bring. Then the day i had all information together they would not allow kids to start because the lady who enters students in computer was out for that day!!?? The trip there the day before they told me to bring children the next day so they could start and did not stand up to their word! How can it be that only ONE person in the whole school can hold it up??? And NO-ONE in the office will give you the same answer to any question!!! Not to mention the principle is as well extremely rude to me when i questioned the staff about not giving me proper information or allowing the children to start because one person in the office was out?? Needless to say I took my children and enrolled them in private school as my concern for the disorganization of the school I was not comfortable with my children attending there!

This is 3rd year for my son in Limona elementary school i believe this is the best which could have happened to us as a family.School staff, administration are wonderful. Very welcoming, always smiling and addresses problems quickly. They are genuinely a great group working together to make this the best school in Brandon. The new principal Ms. Hewitt is very active, energetic and helpful. My son attended classes of Ms. Soule, Ms. Scriblito,Ms. Thomas, Ms. Kossow, Ms. Banks and they are awesome, outstanding. He was enrolled by them to Gifted program without any bias and was encouraged by Ms. Jurado to participate in music classes, sound machine teams. He lead the class team for Battle of books, participated in science fair and all because of help from school. My son love his school & never want to miss even a single day.
