Read what parents are saying about Rhema Christian Center SchoolMy daughter attended Rhema from age 1 to almost 3. I know Rhema played a substantial role in her development and would highly recommend this daycare/preschool to others with children in this age bracket. We moved on because our daughter had the opportunity to enroll in a PCS with a December birthday cut off.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall the kids are fantastic. All families support each other and our teachers. Teachers seem to have a family like relationship but taking a deeper dive one would find that there are many issues beyond the walls that start from the top.Other Review4y ago - Perry Street Prep PCS

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son and I came into PSP through the Appletree program for PK-4. He is now in First Grade and is literally the little super star of the school. The entire staff including office administration knows and loves my child. He has a personal connection with each and every one of them and they latched onto him from the moment we arrived. It's tough being a single parent but with everyone at PSP I never feel alone. Anything I may need, if it is within their will, THEY WILL do it! I know they care, love and adore my son. There is nothing else a Mom can ask for while entrusting her child to other adults. I care, they care and do everything in their power to be a support system to not only the child but the household as well. We just adjusted through the pandemic together and they were so diligent about the academic, and personal well being of their students. Now that we are back in school, they have expanded their programs and offer countless activities, FOR FREE, for their students to keep everyone engaged. I vouch for this school 100%, from Principal Crouch (Love her), to the all of the administrative staff like Ms. Short, Ms. Valant, Ms. Carr, Ms. Kathy to name just a few and especially the Teachers like Ms. Cagney, Ms. Perry, Ms. Parker, Ms Seagers, Ms. Adam's, Mr. Cole, Mr. Alston, Mr. Golden, Ms. Oliver and so many more... I have so many I could name that are all amazing! The teachers are also amazing talents as well, from singing and musical instruments to athletics to personal video performances for the students. I LOVE PERRY STREET PREP. They believe in our children and support them in every way. Definitely one of the best schools in DC!Parent Review2y ago - Burroughs Education Campus

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is one of the best school that my son had attended. I am so sad that he will not be attending next year because we are moving. I would like to thank every teachers, staff, principal, vice principal, for making a great impact on my son life at John Burroughs. Also, I forgot to mention about the only establish STEM elementary school in the DC area. Thank you again for your support.Parent Review4y ago - Bunker Hill Elementary School

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSchools are what you make of them in many cases. If you are expecting to send your kid here and then have zero involvement or follow through at home or at the school with their education then this school may not meet your needs. If you are white and/or middle class and your kid has only been raised around that and you are fearful of exposing your child to anything but that then this may not be the school for you. This is a very diverse school with a lot of kids qualifying for free/reduced school meals. If your goal is to prepare your kid to be a functioning member of an increasingly diverse society then this school and the teachers will set your child on that path. If you are looking for a school with opportunities to be involved in your child's education then this school should work for you. I rate it five stars because nothing is perfect and everything and everyone has room to improve and grow.Parent Review4y ago - Thomas S. Stone Elementary School
