This school failed my child in the worst way.On May 2nd, 2025, while in class under a substitute teacher’s supervision, another student took scissors and cut my child’s hair down to the scalp. It was violating, traumatic, and completely unacceptable.Worse than the act itself was the school’s response: no formal communication, no apology, no outreach from the principal, and no real accountability. Staff passed the blame, minimized the incident, and offered no reassurance about my child’s safety moving forward.My child was left feeling unsafe, dismissed, and invisible. That’s not just poor leadership—it’s heartbreaking.We made the difficult decision to withdraw from the school. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the district and will be forwarding documentation to the Department of Education. Parents deserve to know the truth. This is not a place I’d ever recommend for any child.

My child has been there since kindergarten he is about to go to 7th grade. The teachers and office staff make this school an amazing experience, wether it's with learning Math and every subject to being there for their students when life is not treating them nice. Metropolitan arts academy is by fat the best school.

Grateful for caring leadership at Sunset - Our experience has been warm, inclusive, and reassuring from day one. The connection between home and school is clearly a priority and it means a lot to the parents!

I am thoroughly impressed with Flynn! As a parent of a second grader, I can't express enough how grateful I am for the dedicated staff and teachers who go above and beyond every day. The principal is exceptionally kind and truly leads by example, creating a welcoming and positive environment for all the students and staff. I feel confident in the safety measures implemented at the school, ensuring a secure learning space for my daughter. The commitment to student success and well-being is evident, and it makes all the difference. We are lucky to be a part of this wonderful school community!

Our child is in the daycare at Belleview, and we are very happy. The teachers are warm, caring, and patient with our kiddo - we like them all! They have a strong emphasis on campus and classroom safety and are diligent about this when people enter the building - this is incredibly important to us. They keep us well informed on the day - including how much food is eaten at meals, diaper changes, sleep schedule, etc. They also spend a lot of time outside with the kids on their monitored playground. The super cute pictures we get on the app are a bonus. We are happy here :)
