The hispanic students at this school think it's ok to use racial slurs like the n word, and none of the teachers or faculty care. There is no enforcement of rules or standards, and the school lets former students who graduated/dropped out hang around the school during school hours unsupervised. Sorr

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are so grateful to Lincoln for the academics but also the community. Lincoln is small and cozy. Families get to know the teachers, staff and other families. My daughter went through the traditional education side and my son is on the Montessori side. The teachers have mostly been there for many years. They are solid and passionate about the work they do. The new principal is amazing. She is already bringing great growth and perspective into the environment. If you are considering this school, I recommend you take a tour and get a feel for the environment. 4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter is in third grade and has been at Dora Moore since Kindergarten. She has loved it every single year. Her teachers have been warm and engaging and incredibly competent. The principal, Mr. Janson, is about the best principal you can imagine. He knows everyone's name, kids and parents alike, and he supports the staff and students with everything they need. The school community is probably the best part of the school though.
