However my daughter shirley an my son bobby really excelled at all levels an was really surprised to see the one on one interaction with the teachers an with my son being his first year head start ..i seen yhe low

Our children are excited about school, have made wonderful friends and continue to grow academically. The staff is kind, well educated and passionate about the school and students. Whenever visiting my husband and I feel welcomed, students appear to be well managed, respected, on task and excited about learning. The communication between staff and families is excellent. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI attended this school from 1st grade to 4th grade. It was horrific. Absolutely terrible, I was consistently bullied while the principal did nothing to anyone for anything. Mr. LaRoux (when he was there, unsure if he or any of the old teachers still work there), Ms. Wesley and Ms. Vanderbolt were all very amazing teachers, they convinced me that learning was worth it and made me love school when the other kids were terrible to me. The teachers are attentive, and the curriculum is wonderful. They will be more than prepared to go on to private/college prep education in high school. My kids never complain about school. They love it and have a wonderful circle of friends and support here. The safety here is also huge for us.
