Not much diversity in terms of staffing population and front desk definitely shows preference and bias towards subs , culturally, ethnically etc and are not particularly welcoming. I clicked yes I would recommend the school because it is not a bad school per se but it would not be my first choice to recommend either. They can do a lot better.

Great school very nice teachers answering questions on time and clearly

Before my son started this school for kindergarten he very smart, at the end of the year my son didn't learn anything from what I saw. I had removed my son from public schools to re-teach him with the 1-1 that he needed that Iowa Elementary couldn't give my son. Didn't follow the plans that was required from the doctor unless I called the school and demanded them do there job that is required for my son from his doctor. I am so glad that I removed my son from the public school so he can have the education he learned at 6 months old. Rita Wellington thanks for making son effort to teach my son.

The new principal clearly hates the teachers by providing them the most pathetic teacher appreciation week ever. Why bother when the effort expresses how little she really cares about the people doing all the work with our kids. A beverage, yoga before work, or creating a pennant. No wonder teachers in the school are so unhappy. The principal last year got food truck lunch and a fancy pancake breakfast for the teachers. The teachers deserve better than the sad week they are getting. The school deserves better.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this school has treated my daughter, who has autism. Instead of providing the support and inclusion she deserves, she has been repeatedly isolated and neglected. There have been instances where she was placed in a corner rather than being engaged in learning with her peers, which is unacceptable.What is even more concerning is the ongoing pressure from the special education team to move her to a special education school, despite the fact that she has successfully been part of a general education setting for the past three years. Rather than working to support her needs within the classroom, it feels like they are trying to push her out.My daughter deserves respect, inclusion, and proper support—not to be made to feel different or less than. The lack of effort, compassion, and appropriate accommodations from staff has been deeply troubling. No child should feel bullied or excluded in a place that is supposed to nurture their growth and education.I hope the administration takes these concerns seriously and makes meaningful changes to ensure all students, especially those with disabilities, are treated with dignity and given the support they need to succeed.
