Read what parents are saying about Mill Elementary SchoolGreat school. Great principle who is involved with the kids, outside with the staff and helps with traffic and you can tell he works very hard and takes pride in the school and how it runs and safety. The front staff is always very friendly and remembers the kids by names and parents and quick with responding to voicemails and messages. Which is very important with communication to the parents. Every single person from the lunchroom employees to Principles are friendly and I hear the kids all the time say bye to many. The fact that each employee goes above and beyond and have left a great impression with the kids, says a lot. Every single teacher my child has had has been great. Caring and great teachers. Each have their own way of running their classrooms, but we have never had any issues.Communication on their app with the teachers or staff is quick and responsive. I know friends who took their children out of private schools and love Mills Elementary and said the curriculum is the same and happy they have found mills.Communication is great and has been for the last 3 years.Very informative meetings with the principle and teachers., never rushed.Clean.Caring.Clean classrooms.Great Staff.Great teachers. They have taken covid very serious.

Posted by a parent on 9/15/2020My kids love this school. Parents and teachers are so friendly. We have made lifelong friends. The school uses positive reinforcement and reward kids for good behavior by using their tickets for "dunk a teacher," park day, pizza parties, etc.. My 7 year old dunked the Principal last month with only one ball and the whole school screamed with excitement. They also had a color run at the end of the year and the kids loved getting so dirty. My kids came home with blue and orange hair. The school does help kids with special needs, but the parents need to ask for an IEP meeting. They have an excellent RSP teacher there.
Posted by a parent on 6/19/2017My kid goes to this school teacher are great but there is racism I've never been treated so unfairly in my life and my kids too the principal really shouldn't be at the school and becouse we are not Mexican we are made unhappy every day and school events are so bad couse we are not . What happened to mixed schools now days
Posted by a parent on 12/16/2016This school is in desperate need of funding and staff changes starting with the principal. She is new to the school and under qualified. Although numerous complaints have been made regarding the school schedule, parking, school traffic, updates from teachers, she does not see this as her problem or responsibility. The teachers, bless their hearts, have more students than they can handle. I rarely get a response back from the teacher when I have written a note. In fact on the last day of school a note for the ANOTHER CHILD was pinned on my child. The fact that they hadn't learned his name in the entire school year was alarming to me.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’m not impressed. The owner gets hostile when questioned or if you don’t like what goes on. They have like 9 violations in a couple years and some are safety concerns, don’t have enough teachers to really watch kids well. They’ve been in business long enough to know how to lock up meds and put away bleach where kids can’t get to it. They say they have a t-k program, but it’s just daycare.Parent Review3mo ago - Epiphany Catholic

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children have attended Epiphany since Pre-School with my oldest being in the 6th grade. Teachers, staff, parents, and the children truly care for each other. The commitment the Principal and the teachers have for each and every child regardless of the grade is remarkable. Always willing to help and care for all the children not just the ones in their classroom. The kids gain so much valuable experiences thru the small class sizes from Math, English, STEAM, and so forth but also with religious education and values. At Epiphany my kids don't only learn the educational aspects that are needed to succeed academically but also a life long religious education which we hope leads them to being successful, caring, and well rounded adults.Parent Review11mo ago - Plymouth Christian School
