It is a diverse student body, and their VERITAS program is another added bonus. The parents are highly involved as well, a great all around place

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe 4/10 GreatSchools rating doesn’t do this amazing school justice. My daughter is in her 3rd year of Venetia Valley’s bilingual Spanish program and Ioves it (1 of only 2 bilingual public schools in all of Marin). It’s incredible to see how much Spanish she’s learned and how well she can converse in just a couple years. She’s been fortunate to have some very talented teachers who care deeply about the kids and also know how to calmly manage a large classroom. We also greatly appreciate the LEAP afterschool program which provides care until 630PM, which is critical for my wife and I who both work. The school has had its share of leadership changes over the last few years but the current administration is solid and works hard to partner with the PTA to create an incredible school.
