Fights rarely happen; I haven't seen a single teacher who didn't care. I still visit to volunteer and support the school, and in my honest opinion, it seems to be getting better. The principal and vice principal, dismisses concerns, whether shared verbally or in writing, fostering a culture of inaction and neglect. Staff appear disengaged, prioritizing paychecks over student needs, and set a poor example by ignoring accountability. Policies strip away students’ rights, creating an environment where safety, emotional well-being, and trust are neglected. Despite the risks to my position, I have repeatedly advocated for these children, as their well-being is more important than anything else. It is heartbreaking to see their needs consistently overlooked and their voices silenced. This neglect is causing lasting harm, and the students deserve better—a safe, supportive school where they are valued and respected.
