It sounds like the kind of place where everyone supports each other and real connections are made—something you can’t always find in bigger schools.

The school community feels welcoming, caring and kind. They have one of the highest retention rates of staff in OUSD. The principal is a great leader. There is an active parent engagement including a monthly coffee and community, math and literacy nights and many more.
