Best of luck if you need an IEP. The safety conditions are concerning; there have been multiple reports of substitutes physically touching the children, yet nothing has changed. While some teachers are fantastic, others just follow Principal Stewart’s directives. There are also misinformed parents who complain to the front office and leave without resolutions, unaware that there are other avenues for filing complaints beyond the front office level.

I did not want to write a bad review because daughter and my grandson still goes to the school . But i am going to write about Dr. Sierra the school principle there is no help at all when it becomes to bullying at this school, she completely does not do anything about it she ignores the situation. I spoke to her a few times and she keeps telling me that she will have them monitor by the school staff but never stops i am saying this because i went to her so many times wrote her a letter she completely ignore my letter and the bullying keeps happening my grandson keeps telling us that this one kid doesn't stop bothering him and hit him a few times calls him names and it was brought to the principle and also we already reported to the school district hopefully they can put a line to this situation its very frustrated for me and his mother is (my daughter) we just cant understand why is this not being controlled. I do not recommend this school when it becomes to situation like this that no one does anything to stop the bullying.

My girls love this school. The staff is great and very friendly. If you have any issues they resolve it. The principal Mrs. Robinson is wonderful. They have a PTA and they are very welcoming and answer any questions that you have. This wasn't my first choice school but I am very glad we came here. My girls are doing great academically and are very happy here.

This is assigned school to my address. When I saw 7/10 on GreatSchools, I was worried if I am sending my kid to a mediocre school. But this school is far superior than what you can imagine. The teachers are amazing, sharp, focussed and very detailed. they know each kid very well and know their strengths and weaknesses. Highly recommend this school to everyone and making my effort to attract more school of choice applications to my child's school :)

My older kids now 25, 19 and 3 more now and the school is not the same. First many programs are disappearing and others or not so good. Second If you have a problem you will get the principal or the office ladies tell you to make appointment, or come back letter. If you end up talking to her she will blame your kid and keep saying to talk to your kid or my teachers are the best. Never in so many years have I had a problem until this year. Most teachers care for student and some you can count in 1 hand that don't care and need to retire. Ladies in the office are nice and I know they are just doing their job.This school use to be one of the best schools and the number has gone down since new principal came in.

Wittmann is a place where my children feel connected, and it turns out they work harder in an environment where they feel like they belong. My children are differentially talented, and they did not always earn top grades. Most of the teachers and staff are incredibly effective at promoting a sense of inclusion. My favorite teacher who taught both my children was upfront and blunt with exactly what I needed to do to help my kids read, and I appreciated that honesty. Certain skills take practice, and my children needed me as a partner. I'm not going to lie it was like pulling teeth but both my children and I ended up better for it.
