HeadsUp! in San Jose has an outstanding grasp on child development, fusing both child-centered and structured Montessori learning with imaginative and creative play. The staff here is incredible, with caring and nurturing personalities and certified Montessori training. Also, the optional Spanish and Mandarin learning opportunities here are huge added pluses. This is just another opportunity to enhance brain development, especially at this age when kids soak up languages like sponges! Shout out to their director, Ryan, who is a highly experienced principal who genuinely understands what families want most for their kids. Parents will all appreciate his open and warm personality and apparent passion to help each individual child be known and flourish in both academic and socio-emotional learning in a loving and nurturing environment!

Would highly recommend this school. Teachers are very committed- they will work with you on individual level to solve any specific challenge your kid is facing. The staff is very hard working dedicated team and always open to suggestions. They provide an excellent academic education and work on an all round development of the children. Having diverse community helps kids understand different cultures and respect them too.

This school is next to a large mall and has a compact narrow design making it difficult to navigate. Also not diverse friendly as they have great food like garlic naan on holidays that’s about it if your favorite food isn’t naan not a place recommends for you

The school provides a good environment for the kids to grow and prosper. I do see some variance in quality of teacher when it comes to english as a spoken language but they are all well trained and with the standardization of curriculum, all kids receive a consistently good experience. They always focus on overall development with strong emphasis on Art and Music along with academics.I do wish the quality of PT was better.
