Read what parents are saying about Condit Elementary SchoolHorrible! Worst school in the Claremont District, starting with Leadership, no significant leadership. There is more care on "competition" than actual character of the children. Horrible Principal and she does not know how to instill conflict resolution when the tough leadership decisions to be make. No feedback and escalates situations unnecessarily. Her decisions are too harsh and have caused serious anguish to few families. A very rigid school, not for all students!. WARNING: Go to another Claremont School.
Posted by a parent on 7/23/2019Love Condit, as a teacher at a different school district I see parents and staff that work together. This school has a great parent involvement which is great for students to see. Great character policy.
Posted by a parent on 4/19/2017My son's 2nd Grade teacher, Sue Felton, motivates my son to do his very best. He enjoys going to school everyday and making his teacher proud of him. She encourages his academic interests and is very consistent with praise when it is deserved. I have enjoyed every teacher that both my son and eldest daughter have had at Condit, but at this point, Ms. Sue Felton is the best!
Posted by a parent on 4/28/2016Both my daughter and son have attended Condit and I have had an amazing experience both times. The staff are caring and hardworking and I appreciate all that they do to give every day their 100% effort. Mrs. Sue Felten is my son's teacher this year and I am so inspired by her attentiveness to her students and enthusiasm when she sees them developing. The Principal, Mrs. Malally, is always friendly and personable and often acknowledges kids by their first names, which I think is nice.Academically, I feel that Condit is a high performing school with high standards and I love seeing my children rise to the occasion and meet their standards.I love this school!
Posted by a parent on 12/10/2015This school is a joke, dont be fooled by other ratings, some teachers have no patience what so ever, the principle Mrs Christine Malally wasnt helpful or encourageing at all. I recently transfered my daughter to another school due to the fact that she was suspended for coloring her halloween ghost, when she wasnt suppose too. If any parent wants to ruin thier childs record, for the most ridiculous reasons bring her to condit elementary they'll be more than happy to do so.

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe are new to Western this year. We absolutely loved our old public school in the Etiwanda School District, but my older daughter was not ready for middle school for many reasons (she was previously on a 504) and our friends recommended Western to us. We were very blessed to get both of our girls into school (6th and 2nd) and the experience has been amazing. The teachers, staff and childcare administrators have taken the time to personally get to know my girls and our family and they go out of their way to tell me something special that happened during the day when I pick them up. My girls have had opportunities here they would never have had at their prior schools through bible lessons, theater, music, art, live history (thank you Ms. Baca for the mummy lessons), sports (not everyone makes the team but they learn to support each other) and so much more. They stress the importance of love and acceptance. Your children (and you) are truly loved in this place! It is a place where your children can grow not just academically but also emotionally, spiritually and socially. The best part of all, your middle schooler can still be a child in a super safe and supportive environment.Parent Review1y ago - Foothill Country Day School

N/AGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur son is currently in 8th grade at Foothill Country Day. He transferred last year and his time at Foothill has been so very positive. He is happy to go to school and has such a positive attitude. We feel he is supported academically and emotionally. During his time at Foothill, he has developed great study habits, excellent public speaking skills, and academic ambitions. We couldn't be happier with ours and his experience at Foothill Country Day.Parent Review2mo ago - International Montessori Preschool
