Despite attending Good Shepherd Catholic Church for many years, I hadn't considered the school for my pre-school-age daughter, nor did I know much about it. As I was about to commit her to attend a private school in Hollywood, a client suggested GSBH, saying his kids went there and loved it. I set u

Posted by a parent on 7/27/2026We have been active in the Good Shepherd Catholic School community for nearly twenty years. All of my 4 kids started at 4 years old. Unfortunately, we had to leave during Covid. At that time, they attended both public and private schools. However, they begged to go back to Good Shepherd. The teacher

They enjoyed the academics, the musical, the choir and the friendships they made along the way have lasted past their Good Shepherd days. All three of my children went on to a wonderful high sc

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageRating this school is easy. The teachers are smart, energetic, patient, and all around wonderful. My daughter runs to school every morning and doesn't want to leave at pick up. She reading well above her grade level, math skills are exceptional, and many many other great achievements. If there were 6 stars, this school would earn it.Parent Review12y ago - Sinai Akiba Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve been at this school for 10 years now. My third daughter just entered the preschool so I’ll be here for a while longer. It’s been nothing but great during my time here. The teachers are amazing and supportive. The admin is very involved and attentive to what us parents want and need. The community is stellar. Nothing is better than this community and to be a part of something bigger than you. In a time of need they all stepped up and helped out when we needed it most, without even asking. The friends my kids have made are lifelong friends and I couldn’t have asked for a better situation. Plus the education is great and is constantly challenging, which is something that’s important to me.Parent Review8y ago - Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethat is like a figure of speech in a way, lost in translation to English: "The school appears to be for children who are unable to get accepted into other schools. " ... like for a majority of children with extreme learning and social-emotional differences without the staff knowing it or being trained for it.Parent Review7y ago - Spivak Hebrew Academy
