My other daughter is in the Catalina school district which is supposed to be much better than tusd but this school is better than the 2 Catalina district schools my older daughter has attended. My daughter is an IEP student that has special needs. There is about 20 kids in this class and teacher was only gonna let 3 in class. Had a lot of other problems as well. NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI see kids excelling and teachers and staff that care. They have a paraprofessional and guidance counselor on site and off site tutors that come during the week. Parents and teachers seem to be equally invested in children. The families are nice and they seem happy with their children's success. I've noticed my children have better conflict resolution skills. They look forward to going to school and the various events that happen throughout the year. I was a little worried about combined grade classrooms but I see how it has benefited students. The small class sizes allow additional help or additional challenging work when needed. I can appreciate their approach to discipline.
