The first two years of being part of Carden of Tucson were amazing. Unfortunately, this year the administration has failed the faculty and students. I am greatly concerned about the safety of the students.

I feel so lucky to be able to teach some wonderful kids, as well as work with an incredibly motivated, kind, and thoughtful staff. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy granddaughter, now in 2nd grade, has gone to Donaldson since arriving 3 months into the school year during kindergarten. She was not kindergarten ready when she arrived, but the school put together an excellent plan, lots of resources, and great staff and within 2-3 months she had caught up with her peers and went on to have an outstanding school year. There is a lot of team spirit at Donaldson and I have found ALL the staff - from the lunchroom to the office to the classroom to be excellent and very dedicated to providing the best possible environment for their children. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is pretty average. The teachers are great and the principal is great. I think they are similar to many schools in the district, they are just understaffed. Though, my child has been as the school for a few years and each time I have to interact with the office manager, it’s a doozy. She’s a huge gossip and picks favorites. My child has expressed how her bully hasn’t been held accountable because her child is the favorite of the office manager and gets away with whatever she wants.
