We’re having a problem with a teacher then contacting a dealing with the principal is just as bad! Giving parents 15 minutes to drop off children with all the traffic is crazy they also take up precious learning time by feeding the children in the classroom. 25+kids to a classroom.

Excellent staff especially their principal Mr. Anthony. Will educate to your child needs. We need more schools like this one.

While this is overall a really good school the principal can be very dismissive towards concerns that are raised by parents, especially working-class parents of color. I first thought it was because I was not as involved in the school, so I made an effort to do more but that made very little difference. After 8 years of consistent experience, I feel very disempowered to change this circumstance and/or address it directly with her without it having a negative effect on my child. Although I recommend the school, in a state that has the worst public schools in the country, it's important to know what one may be walking into.

Amazing first grade teacher. Amazing stem teacher. Very engaged principal. Hard pass on anything else. 1 teacher per grade. Playground meant for prek aged kids. They expect 2nd graders to self monitor and exaggerate incidents between students when they are overwhelmed with too many male students. Refused to test my child into a higher grade as he was extremely bored with the curriculum, in fear it would negatively affect the schools C grade if the child didn’t test well. New kinder teacher every year. Very unorganized with dates and announcements. Amazing collaboration with the neighboring church. Would recommend for 1st graders and 5th graders. Middle school extremely small group of students so it might be ok. 7-8 was added in 2024.
