Abraham Lincoln Traditional School is a fantastic school with a strong emphasis on both academics and parent involvement. My son has been attending Manzanita since 2nd grade. He is now in the 5th grade. Principal Givens is very caring and passionate about each kid and does her best to make sure ALL kids are safe and engaged. The school has a lot of fun events that the students look forward to. The teachers not only teach the curriculum but teach kids how to be respectful, responsible and safe.

Very bad school to go to. A lot of teachers and staff members are mean and bully the children. Please don’t bring your kids here. I even heard from other teachers from high school saying this middle school is horrible for kids to go. They have a hard time dealing with the students from Palo Verde. Look at the reviews before sending your kids. It’s a very bad place. Also it’s always about money. Everyday cost to do anything. Which that isn’t an issue but they sure don’t give you a heads up. Teachers and principals are mean and don’t care what parents say. They are horrible with communication. But so quick to suspend your kids for no reason.

The school has amazing students and parents. The staff are really nice and very accomodating.
